Big Brothers Big Sisters exists to provide children facing adversity with strong and enduring, professionally supported, one-to-one relationships that change their lives for the better, forever. Successful mentoring relationships result in brighter futures, better schools, and stronger communities for all. The Big Brothers Big Sisters organization currently serves more than 135,000 children nationwide — 5,000 of those in Minnesota — with many more waiting for a mentor. The Federated Challenge supports the three domiciled agencies in Minnesota and Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.
